I placed my online order at 1:44 PM, and the app said it would be ready for pickup between 1:52 PM and 2:02 PM. I arrived at the store at 2:00 PM, only to be told it would be another 15 minutes. I waited in my car, and after more than 20 minutes, the app pushed the pickup time back to 2:30 PM. My order wasn’t actually ready until 2:55pm!!! What’s the point of offering online ordering and pickup times if they mean absolutely nothing? This wasn’t a delay of a few minutes, it was over an hour after I placed my order. My time is just as valuable as yours. If you can’t meet the estimated pickup time, then don’t advertise unrealistic timeframes or keep changing them after customers have already arrived. Completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful. I won’t be wasting my time with online ordering here again.

I placed an order with this Domino’s and it was marked as delivered at 10:24pm, but the driver did not actually arrive at my door until 11:30pm. That is a little over an hour after it was marked delivered. I tried calling the store, but no one answered the phone. Marking an order as delivered when it was not actually delivered is unacceptable and extremely misleading. Due to the excessive delay and lack of communication, I declined the delivery when the driver finally arrived and disputed the charge with my bank. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the way this order was handled.

This is one of the best Domino's I've ordered from. Lily and the crew go that extra mile to please their customers. Lily is awesome, a manager who excels at customer service. Some reviews I've seen have indicated an issue. Contact Lily, at the store, and discuss it with her. I assure you, no matter what it is, Lily will resolve it.

I paid for extra cheese. When I arrived to pick up... my pizza was over baked an no extra cheese,which i paid for. I ask the cashier " doe the pizza look like it has extra cheese" an she had the nerve to say yes.... dominoes needs to do better because the pizza was awful. Not satisfied at all. Dominoes needs a face lift . I dont recommend this location. They cant make a pizza to save a life. Because I was really hungry.

After paying approximately $30 for my order, I waited nearly one hour for the delivery. During that time, the system marked the order as “delivered” even though I had not received anything. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable. When the pizza finally arrived, it was not the pizza I ordered. To summarize: • I paid about $30 for my order. • The system falsely marked the order as delivered before it actually arrived. • The order that was delivered was incorrect. This experience reflects very poor service and a lack of reliability in your delivery and tracking system. Customers should not have to deal with false delivery notifications and incorrect orders after paying for a service. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from Domino’s Pizza again.
